Thost table at the Domaine du Cloitre, the Tuesdays and Wednesdays in July and August, on request (the day before).
This summer, the Domaine du Cloître has the honour of hosting Philomène, a young head chef with an exceptional background, combining creativity, rigour and respect for ingredients.
Trained at l’École Ferrandi, an essential reference in French gastronomy, Philomène honed her talent in prestigious kitchens. Her experience at Mascaret (1 Michelin star) in Blainville, then at Restaurant Guy Savoy (2 Michelin stars) at La Monnaie de Paris, has honed his attention to detail and his gastronomic exactingness. More recently, at Castell Son Claret (1 Michelin star) in Majorca. This summer she is offering a bistronomic meal (starter, main course, dessert) in a family-friendly and convivial spirit!
